Most of my clients are general contractors who want to showcase their latest project on the web or in other marketing materials. Some are interested in photos solely for their own use; others are looking on behalf of the owner and/or architect as well. I am happy to work with you to provide affordable photos with minimal hassle. I have a very simple … and, I think … affordable approach to working with you. You will be granted full and perpetual use of the photos you select, and other partners on your project can get the same rights on a sliding scale. You can read the details in my Sole & Shared Use Policy. Please email or call of you have any questions
I am happy to work with you, whether your project is in the late punch-list phase, or fully occupied. If you are working the punch-list I will do my best to make the most important areas of your job look clean and uncluttered without interfering with your crew's progress. If the occupant is already in place, I will work very hard to get your shots without disrupting their work. Yes, it's something of a timing issue. For some projects, unfurnished interiors can look a little spare. For others, you risk losing that "new project" look once the occupants are settled in and working. But, with a little planning and cooperation, good photos can always be made.
